Joining our volunteer team is easy. Simply contact our wishesjust4you Founder Bill Stillman to discuss your interests and availability, so we can match you with the perfect opportunity.
As a Community Fundraiser, you will be supported through our Community Fundraising Programme to plan and host your own fundraising event. During your participation, you will have regular contact with the Community Fundraiser Programme Lead (Amy), and other team members of WishesJust4You.
This program is designed to be flexible to your availability and circumstances. It can be run in tandem to other personal/career development projects and we welcome both individual and group participation. As an extension of our organisation, all participants would act as Community Fundraising Volunteers, supported throughout the process by Program Lead Amy Mathews.
This is a great opportunity to gain valuable experience, build confidence, and develop organisational, management, and event planning skills. It also offers a chance to build meaningful connections within your community. While fundraising is one aspect of our work, our primary focus is on raising awareness of our organisation and promoting the positive change we strive to achieve for children.
